Teachers: Our teachers are properly checked on their backgrounds. They attend a minimum of 20 hours of training every year as well as in-house trainings. Weekly lessons are planned and prepared ahead of time to ensure that your child’s fun, loving and creative ways are honed.

Our Curriculum: We prepare and print out monthly theme based calendars that show the weekly lessons that kids will be learning. These include numbers, ABC’s, shapes, colors as well as arts, sciences, math, music, dance and P.E.

Caution: CHILDREN AT PLAY! We at Little Seed believe that children’s play is their work. “When children play,:

  • They develop concepts and skills together as they are integrated in the context of meaningful and playful experiences.
  • Children are more likely to retain skills and concepts they have learned in meaningful contexts.
  • Concepts are developed through activities that occur naturally during play such as counting, sorting, sequencing, predicting and evaluating.
  • They experience benefits that help protect them against the effects of pressure and stress.
  • They develop increased impulse control and demonstrate less aggression.
  • They have enhanced confidence and resiliency to face future challenges.
  • They develop cooperation, decision making, problem-solving, negotiating and self-advocacy skills.
  • They have many opportunities to apply mental representations of the world to new objects, people and situations. The key ability for academic learning.
  • They integrate all types of learning – physical, social-emotional, cognitive and language development.
  • They are engaged in things they are interested in so they have a natural motivation to learn.”
